🌿 Return Window
You’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You don’t have to provide a reason (though we always appreciate your feedback).
To start a return, simply email chloeinbootsboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
🧵 Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:
The item was purchased within the past 7 days.
It’s in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact.
It has not been used or show visible signs of wear.
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
🐾 Please note: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is because part of every sale is donated to animal rescue and welfare organizations. These donations are made promptly and directly support animals in need—so that portion of your purchase cannot be refunded. Thank you for helping us to make a difference.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged returns.
💳 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
If your item was received as a gift, we’re happy to issue store credit or a gift certificate instead—just let us know.
